Brighton & Hove City Council has statutory responsibilities for children's services, safeguarding, public health and partnership working with schools and organisations supporting children and young people. Following publication of the independent NHS investigation into WellBN, what assurance will this committee seek that the Council's own policies, its work with schools, external partnerships and safeguarding governance remain fit for purpose in light of current evidence and statutory guidance?
